Two weeks ago the United States Olympic Committee unveiled its virtual pressroom (USOC PressBox) designed to provide an online media outlet for journalists covering the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver as well as providing the best technology and experience to the National Governing Bodies and media covering the United States Olympic & Paralympic Teams, built entirely on SharePoint 2010 and Silverlight, the virtual pressroom provides a wealth of information including real-time Twitter streams.
